I've seen plusiotis gloriosa for sale ocassionally, but its a native species so if you're thinking more tropical then I think that falls under the whole "ban against non-native plant feeding insects" rule..:8o
the ban on importation of beetles really chaps me, there's some badass beetles i really want. i'm guessing the ones you can get don't come cheap either...
