Jerusalem cricket feeding

Just got a Jerusalem cricket recently, and sources says it mainly feeds on protein rich dogfood, live insects, and dried fruits or vegetables. Is there anything else I should know about feeding? like feeding behavior?

My older cricket liked insects more than vegetables. Rarely consumed the entire meal and leftovers needed cleaning up.
