Thought I would start my little thread out with one of the most unappreciated T's in the hobby........G.rosea.

Awesome looking Rosie!

I don’t care if they’re not an “exotic” species. I love mine to death. It has a unique docile attitude and its sometimes unusual behavior entertains me.

Hey im with you man , The Rosea is a very under-rated T...
Very beautiful male you have there , thanks for sharing....
A little off topic , but have you noticed the Carapace colour diffrence between the male and the female, it appers more rose red then the females purple-ish rose sheen....anyone alse notice this ?

I learned not to avoid

buying "Too Common" Ts just because of that. I have enjoyed my A. Avic
more than most of my exotics. Great looking spider by the way!

Thanks everyone. The color was really striking. It has become one of my favorites now.
Although it was a male G.rosea that gave me my first two or three bites.
He was old and ready to retire though and was probably annoyed at my constant references to "the old fart" or "this spider needs a rascal scooter"
Ok..........that was kind of dumb.
