Im planning on ordering 20 porcellio laevis orange and 30 porcellio laevis dairy cow and am making substrate for them. So far ive used about .75 cubic feet of organic mushroom compost, .25 cubic feet of top soil, 5 lbs of worm castings, 240 grams of orchid moss, 15 quarts of leaf litter and Im going to mix in chunks of cork bark. Should i add crushed oyster shell, egg shell, or cuttlebone or is that not needed at this point? All of these ingredients are mixed together in a 66 quart tub. I plan on scooping the substrate I need into two 6 quart tubs and starting my cultures in those.
