so, sitting around the other day my roommate decides to look into his Lesser Brown Scorp tank and finds himself around 13 freshly molted 1st instar babies....bragging and bragging he tells me how his mom is cooler than mine. so i check on mine tonight and boom whata u know...roughly 20 (that i can see) new born babies chilling out on my female. sooooo....with that being said we now have roughly 30+ babies that we are impatiently waiting to seperate from the mothers...heres some pics  :D {D

Keith's mom with babies....

And heres mine...only 4 days later.

these beauties should be off moms back in a couple weeks....will post updates as i see them.

Congrats man. Great scorps. Used to keep them back in the day as well.

Shoot me a PM if you decide to unload some.

One of my favourite scorpions, i would give a leg for one of these...
Do you by any chance need an extra leg?

This is a very cool scorp! I have been looking for these for a few years with no luck. I am glad to see someone here has gotten their hands on some and are breeding them! great job and good luck raising those guys! Keep us posted!

they are gorgeous as we can all see. A little more fragile when young I hear.
I need to find someone in C. texas who wants to go get some with me. I want to have a few. Purty

From what i read, its the only scorpion known in Hawaii, originally from South East Asia, it managed to stow away and be carried to ports throughout the world, establishing viable colonies far from its point of origin..

Its a magnificent scorpion (as well as C.sculpturatus!)

Congratulations on the broods. Those females look strangely familiar to the ones I used to have.
