Is this ok for my bearded dragon

I got a 1m x 75cm x 53cm terreriam with astro turf, I have a red heat lamp and a 10% uvb/33% uva uv floresent tube, I got 2 hide outs ( one hot side one cold side) the beardie is a male about 30 cm long head to tail and is 2 years old, i feed him crickets every two days and feed him carrots, carrot tops and beetroot aswell as bearded dragon pellets every day, the heat spot of the lamp is around 35*C to 40*C, the cold side is around 20*C and the warm side is around 24*C to 28*C.

This afternoon he had quite runny poo, he is really untame and i got him from a couple who didnt want him any more.

note: I just got him a few days ago.

should i be worried about his runny poo? if there is somthing wrong, what should i do? and how could i tame him?
