Is this mycosis?

Does he has mycosis? That big black spot on the last leg on the right side, right below the joint, got me suspicious. Coincidentally (maybe not?) the last segment with the tarsus on that leg with the big black spot is gone, there's only a little stump there (may have been that way for a while, was this way when I got him).

it might be.

i still cant say for sure.

but mycosis disappears on ur desert hairy's next molt...or so i've read.

That's a relief. He's about 3, at most 3 and a half inches, so hopefully he's due for another molt.

VesAn, I have an australis with similar spots.. She's also very small, so I'm hoping she pulls through on a molt.
