Is this Haitian Curly Tail Male or Female???

Hey I'm watching my friend's Haitian Curly Tail. I've watched it before, and looks WAY fatter than before. I was wondering if maybe it is a female and if it could possibly be pregnant. My friend got this lizard from a pet store in January. Could it have mated that long ago and
now be pregnant? I know there were other lizards in the terrarium with it at the pet store. Thanks!
