There are no brown recluses in Washington state, so you don't need to worry about finding one.

It's definitely an agelenid funnel weaver, and the pale colouration does suggest it could be a hobo spider, Eratigena agrestis. However, there is no basis for the reputation they have, it is not a dangerous spider and there is no good evidence that their bites will cause you any harm.

Not entirely true, generally not found in that region, but have been reported in Washington.

This is one of my hobos you can compare it to. That would not be a hobo more like an american grass spider Agelenopsis.
