Is this a fair price for Phlogius crassipes?

I ran into a craigslist ad of someone trying to sell off their collection of T's and he still has a 2 to 2 1/2 inch Phlogius crassipes. Is $60 about right or too pricey for this T?

That price sounds about right. Half inch slings go for about $35. It's a rare T.
