depends on the size and shape, no scars, mites, broken teeth, temperment too.

you know they can grow to 15-20 feet and weigh 200+ pounds. Though that price is pretty good, its $100 - $150 less than anywhere that I've seen.

Sounds like a pretty decent price to me... reptileauction-ish ;P
As already pointed out... please be sure you are prepared for their growth rate if you choose to get one. Too many of the beautiful animals find themselves displaced when they reach 9 feet and are still growing and still only a couple years old.
You'll need a good deal of space to maintain as well as a hefty food supply.
If you're ready to make the commitment though... have a great time

Broken teeth? Snakes shed and replace their teeth constantly.

250 is pet store retail price. Buying online from a breeder, at a show, or from a wholesaler, I would expect to pay closer to half that... of course, I haven't paid for a burm in ages. Dozens of them turn up in rescues every year. Albinos included.

yes. broken teeth, nothing like buying a snake with teeth that are missing, usually on one that has an aggressive attitude, striking at anything, tending to break them, dealt with that before.

That's a little steep unless shipping is included. A year ago, when I purchased my female albino (who is now 12' mind you...and eats 8# rabbits and small pigs like they're going out of style) who was 4'...she cost me 188 shipped. She was completely flawless, healthy and parasite free. You better be getting a darn good guarantee for a $250 burm.

This kind of incident through gross irresponsibility is probably due to not realising the animal's size potential...
