Is there any way to tell how old my tarantula is?

No, growth rates are very variable and there are many factors that can affect growth rates other than age. Using age to determine the size or vice versa is almost impossible in most cases.

There is absolutely no real way to tell how old it is all you need to know is if it is, sling,juvenile,sub-adult or adult. It looks a like you have A. Seemani( Costa Rican stripe knee/stripe knee tarantula) so tell me it’s size in inches and I’ll see if I can determine what stage of life it’s in

Thank you, just curious because i only got her last month at this size and was wondering if she'd grow bigger.

In terms of growing/growth, if it's a female tarantula, they will molt throughout their entire lives until the end of old age. Males will molt until they are sexually mature with bulbous pedipalps which is their peak of growth.

Ok so he/she because it’s curled up is around 4.5 inches which if I’m correct is sub-adult so it’ll much definitely grow larger

You can get a rough estimate if it is not fully grown, but if its mature, its pretty hard to tell. Only species I know can have somewhat of a tell is p. metallica females will durk closer to black later in their life. I do not know if this happens all the time.

Sorry can’t tell specific age visually, only way to know is if you know when it was hatched or sold to you as early instars.
