Is there any harm in adding fruit flies before baby jumpers have emerged?

I was given a lady jumper who was guarding her eggs, and I can see their silhouettes starting to emerge from their sack, but they're not out yet. Mom's abdomen is looking pretty sad and I want her to have food opportunities if she comes out when I'm not looking, but I don't want to compromise the youths. I can't imagine some small fruit flies would even be able to do any harm, but it seems like this isn't something other keepers do. Am I over or under thinking this?

Id offer a cricket in a small cup. Hopefully she'll see it and go eat. Also offer water. Could be why her abdomen looks poorly.

I offered her a dubia and a superworm but she just went back to her nest. Would fruit flies do any harm though?

Most likely not, but if she's adult size, they wont offer her much nutrition as they're very small.
