Title says it all... just want to know if there's anything cool, and not tiny, to collect and keep in Southern Indiana. I've lived here my whole life and haven't seen anything remarkable or unique. Just wondering if I've been missing something my whole life.

I wish Dynastes tityus was in Indiana. If a beetle that cool lived here, I would definitely know about it. I've wanted a rhino looking beetle my entire life.

Indiana has a rhino beetle - Xyloryctes jamaicensis. I found them for the first time this spring in Michigan. They flew up to a porch light when we were outside playing flashlight tag. It was the highlight of the night. They aren't as impressive as Dynastes (in size), but they still look really cool and they make a noise when disturbed.
