Is the sexing forum still active?

Hello,

I've been browsing and also uploaded on the sexing forum, but can't seem to find much activity beyond people posting photos without many comments. Is it working properly or just not that popular?

I'm also going to be cheeky and post the same photo here in case anyone knows if this A. seemani is male or female...hehe

It is still active and most do get a response. It is also recommended to post these pictures there (you did) as to avoid cluttering of the other categories.

Maybe it's just because this method of sexing is a bit tricky that fewer tarantulas get a response. You don't need many comments on your picture either. There are a few species that can easily be sexed this way, but for most it is just a guessing game. My best guess is that yours is a female, but others with more experience might have a better idea.

And you should wait for your tarantula to molt. There is no need to hurry, is there? Is the tarantula still in the store?

The reason you see so many without comments us simply poor pics that dont provide a good enough platform for people to even speculate a guess. Understandable, as its hard to get a really good pic.
