Is she dead?

I just opened her enclosure and she was in this position.
Is she dead or trying to molt?

I would leave her alone and wait and see. Don’t disturb her. More than likely molting.

It looks like molted skin to me. I have my first spider i got a little over a month ago and it just molted yesterday and it looks the exact same so just try to look for her.
And it does not look like it is doing the "death curl" so it is most likely molted skin. (i like to call it skin)

A exuviae with a full abdomen?
Maybe this is the spider after molt, just stretching?!?
