Is Pseudoclamoris gigas now Amazonius germani?

I asked this in another thread but never got answered so I just want to confirm that this was actually the change. Pseudoclamoris Gigas is now Amazonius germani?

yeah I had read it. It was just a little confusing to me with all the names. Looks like burgessi is also under Amazonius now too. Pretty cool.

From what I understand, yes. But supposedly what we called Pseudoclamoris gigas isn’t actually taxonomically correct before, but what we called as P gigas, orange tree spiders, is now Amazonius germani

Yeah, the orange spider sold in the hobby as T. gigas and then P. gigas is A. germani

Yes, at least now doesn't sound like a STD name
