Hey guys, today i woke up and i saw my pacman frog has done a burger! (a big one) and since i got him (about 3 weeks ago) i never saw him take the bathroom. He also shed a part of his belly skin about 3 days ago, althought he seems fine and eats fine (1 roach every other day - 2 days). Today i found him on his back side trying to flip on his belly. I dont know if he flipped by accident or he did it on purpose. I've seen a report of this happening so ill let you know about my enclosure.
Water - Natural Mineral Water
Tank - 10 Gal.
Substrate - eco-earth
2 plants next to his burrows so he feels safe, 1 piece of wood (decoration) and a piece of marble (mostly for him to feed on).
NOTE - After he pooped he was on the plants, he didnt go on his burrow because the burger was there, so after i removed it there's a chance for him to fell in while he was trying to dig

Horned frogs need calcium + vit D powder dusted food. It's massively important.

Also due to their build they can find it almost impossible to right themselves. If you frog had been "climbing" up the glass and over extended it could have flipped.

Remember calcium + vit D powder on food a couple of feeds a week. Plus vit powder. Also the odd rodent is appreciated. Or chick when/if the frog gets large enough.

Also he is just 3 months old, about 3 inches big. I might not have the availability to feed chicks, nor rodents, but i definently got availability of prawns, dubias and possible crickets.

Um, i do have calcium for my beardie but ive used it for my pacman once, thanks for the reply.
It needs to be calcium + vit D for the frog otherwise it won't be able to absorb the calcium.

Calcium is fine for your bearded dragon as it'll get the vit D from it's full spectrum light bulb.

Frozen and then thawed lancefish is taken by horned frogs too. Fish shops sell them in packets as they're often used to feed predatory fish in the home aquarium.
