Is my mantis dying or just molting?

I have a baby spiny flower mantis. Currently shes curled up at the bottom of her enclosure. I don’t think she’s dead because she twitches occasionally, is this normal when they molt? She was fine yesterday.

Mantids don’t molt on the bottom, she’s dead.
