I’m not experienced in owning a jumping spider at all. I’ve had my jumping spider for 9 days now. since I’ve have her she has never eaten I’ve offered her crickets, meal worms and wax worms. She would attack them and end up spitting them out of her mouth which worried me so I would offer her food everyday. She’s always been extremely clumsy but yesterday she was falling more than usual like a bit weak. I was oblivious though and just thought it was cute and silly. Today she kept falling off my hand hardly moving :( at one point I thought she had died right on my hand because there was no movement. The lady I bought her from said that she might be molting but she hasn’t made a hammock and from searching online it said that they eat a lot before they molt. And I’ve been worrying that I’ve been disturbing her too much that she may have a mis molt :(

Today she was hanging from a single from a single leg and a little web and fell. She’s not moving I’m scared she may be dead :(
You’ll see that her left leg is sticking straight out that’s the leg that was hanging

That doesn't look good. Does she have a water dish? I only keep T's myself, but as I don't see anyone has answered in awhile. @NMTs are you able to assist?

Honestly, it looks like she's gone. If she's still moving at all, you might try making some sugar water and offering it to her on a Q-tip. If she's strong enough to drink any of it, then it might give her some energy to make a recovery. I wouldn't be too hopeful, though...

She might be gone. Just make sure to give us updates.
She unfortunately died that day no movement she must’ve died in the morning :(

I'd say use a different vendor next time.
Agreed. It seems like you were sold an old female. Especially with jumpers, a lot of vendors sell wild caught animals and they have no idea what the age is, so it seems like you were just unlucky here. I would look for a vendor selling younger/immature specimens next time.

Thank you I will look more into that I was told she wasn’t an adult yet thank you for the advice
