Is my AF Scorpion fat or in premolt?

My scorpion has been hiding in his burrow for a month or so now, but he came out last night when I raised the humidity in his enclosure. I hadn’t seen him, so I was surprised to see how fat he’s gotten. I feed him 1-3 super worms each week, but I’m guessing I need to switch up his food source because his sides are huge. Either that, or he’s molting. The first picture is from a few months ago when I got him, the second is from last night. Should I stop feeding him for a couple weeks or is it likely that he’s about to molt? He hasn’t molted since I’ve had him.

I’m pretty sure he’s a male so I don’t think he’s gravid, but I posted a pic of his underside. If you can tell from looking at it, please let me know what you think.

Thanks!

3 superworms a week is way too much.

Really? Thanks. I’ve been receiving conflicting information. Should I not feed him for a bit until he slims down some?

So, I’m assuming that’s your way of saying he’s just fat. Got it.
For context I feed one prey item on average every 2 to 3 months and they are still a healthy weight.

But I don't go by schedules I feed as abdomen size dictates.

Yeah they can go for long periods in between, and may refuse food for a long time. I once had a scorpion refuse food for a full year, start eating again, and be completely fine.
