And, more importantly, there’s really nothing to be gained. A little excitement maybe, but it’s a great risk for a small reward. Its like driving with no seat belt. There a good chance nothing will happen but if something does then its going to be very bad.
I couldnt agree more. The onlu reason to handle T's is so you can tell all your buddies that you are a bad**s.And, more importantly, there’s really nothing to be gained. A little excitement maybe, but it’s a great risk for a small reward.
In all fairness, though, telling all your buddies how bad**s you are is pretty awesome.I couldnt agree more. The onlu reason to handle T's is so you can tell all your buddies that you are a bad**s.
Its not worth it if greatly endangers and stresses out the tarantula though. In all fairness, though, telling all your buddies how bad**s you are is pretty awesome.![]()
I wouldn't do that if I were you, it is irresponsible and might get your tarantula killed in the process. People get enough flack as it is for keeping them, the hobby doesn't need somebody to worsen the reputation of the hobbyists who enjoy keeping arachnids to the general public.Well, I guess I can bring it in its future cage to family gatherings and scare the crap out of my mother who hates spiders. Pretty bad**s I guess.
No, a hobbyist is one who participates in a hobby. Keeping tarantulas is a hobby...all of us keeping them are therefore hobbyists of this particular hobby.I looked up the word hobbyist, mainly because lots of people were saying that. I guess it means the spiders are just for show tho
