So I've had a ball python for quite a bit now and recently I had the itch again to get another snake right now I have the corn snake tank in my bedroom and was wondering if I would be able to put them next to each other on my desk or if I need to keep them separated so they do not see each other any suggestion would be very appreciated

I have a friend with two Burmese pythons (i think) right next to each other and they eat fine, but if you try it and there's trouble you could just put cardboard or something on the side to block view

My friend who keeps numerous snakes uses backgrounds or the tank decor to prevent them being aware of each other.

I keep paper between everything I would not be able to house together. Even if they eat and seem ok, they could be having stress over it. I did have some neon day geckos and waxy monkey tree frogs that could see each other and it seemed they played and teased. I moved them, but for the few days they were near, it seemed the tiny geckos were taunting the giant frogs. Weirdos.

I know nothing of ball pythons but retics and Burms cohabit quite peacefully, entirely ignoring each other. The only problem that can arise is if you have a huge elderly snake in amonst teens or juvys where the chunker can accidentally crush a youngster.
