heres a few pics of insects I caught at the ATS Conference this month and wanted to share:
A very ornate grasshopper, species unknown:

A beautiful caterpillar

A day after I shot the photos of the above caterpillar, it turned into a chrysallus:

One thing that I could not get for the life of me was the caterpillars defensive smelly transparent yellow horns that it expelled from the front of his head when he was pestered. I tried for half an hour, put him back in his cup and vowed to try again tommorrow, but it turned into a chrysallis, oh well.
