I was thinking of adding a GB to my collection but first I would like to gather as much info as possible. Any Goliath Birdeater keepers, info on their experience will be appriciated.
(Substrate, temp, humidity, ect.)
I keep my 2" T blondi on a shallow 50/50 mix of damp(not wet)peat and vermiculite. I use cork bark for a hiding spot. I feed it about 10 small crickets a week, wich it takes with such eagerness. I don't know if your aware of this or not but T. blondi is prone to bad molts. I have myself lost a T. blondi to a bad molt, so keep it in my mind when you get one.
