anyone familiar with U.S. laws regarding bringing in Dynastes or other rhino beetles in to the country? I've found a good seller in China and I might be going there in a couple of months. So basically is it lawful for me to bringing back large quantities of larvas/beetles with me on to a plane? Thanx.:D

In a word..... NO!

You wil need a import permit from the US Fish and Wildlife Service for importing any insects.

You will also need permits from the USDA to allow you to keep live 'non-US' species in the US. You must have this or there is a good chance your livestock will be confiscated. Anybody who wishes to buy live insects from you will also need the same permits.
