Problem Ignore Function

How do you choose to ignore someone who has set up their profile that only selected people can see it?
You have to have their profile page pop up to ignore them and it only gives an error for people who limit who can view their profile.

I don't know for sure VanessaS but have you tried to type directly the username from here?
