ID true spider pls

I'm located in Iowa, can anyone identify this spider pls? Reminds me of some sort of garden spider. Has white stripes on its legs, chevron white stripes V

it looks a lot like a Castianeira, maybe C longipalpa or variata

Thank you both so much!! I think it is prob the C. longipalpa but I wanna watch this guy more and do more research since it does look like the variata as well.
Can't believe that spiders will imitate ants. Something interesting that I noticed is that its abdomen has a metallic shimmer to it, just like an ant.

Oh you got me there, I hadn’t realized you held one before, you for sure know then. I really should put more spiders in my hands so I can learn!!! Thanks for the tip

Lets please keep this environment healthy. I view this as an area to learn; I was curious about narrowing down the kind of spider that this is, which we have.
