ID this Unidentified Flying Insect please!

I first found it on my gate outside and caught it to show you guys. Figured you might know what he is. Unfortunately he got his wings wet and dirty so I've been waiting for him to regain his ability to fly. He's got four wings, carnivore jaws, praying mantis eyes, cicada wings and a tail like a dragonfly only thicker. I'm sorry some of them are blurry, I just recently got a camera of my own. Learning to use it.

oh, so cool. Look up what their larvae look like as well. huge and cool.

Oh yeah, I found some larvae of these at our creek before while I was catching sticklebacks and they're one of the most wicked bugs I've seen!

Not to go off topic, but ZergFront- you were catching "Sticklebacks" ??? The fish ?? I have not seen a live one in 30 years... very cool!

As for the Dobson fly, cool find... I've always thought them to be a bit creepy looking for some reason.

i found one of those before but it had two huge pinchers!
