ID this ant

this giant ant came crawling accross my bedroom floor, and did -unfortunately- get crushed.. Just hoping you can give me an ID on this monster of an ant, and if I need to be worried.

looks like a carpenter queen?
shape size and time of year makes me think its a fresh queen, I've collected three this time round to see if I can get a nest going

Alright thanks. do I need to worry about these being in my house? I found this one in the same room I keep all of my Ts in.

if it IS a caprenter queen, it probably came in on a nuptial flight, and now that its dead, so is any colony it has, they also focus on rotting wood mostly, usualy found in dead or dying trees.
