While the pics are pretty blurry, maybe a Tegenaria sp. I know exactly what spider it is, as I have seen a few in my area, but have never taken the time to get an exact ID. These spiders very much resemble the Tegenarias, but are more of a dark red than tan, and bear wider chevrons down the abdomen. Also the legs are more heavily barred. You spider was defiantely a wandering male.
Whatever it is, those definately look like palps to me. So I guess maybe it either molted a little early? Maybe its getting a head start of sewing its wild oats.
