whats the common name for it?

It looks Chilo-ish to me too, but it's really impossible to tell without better pictures.

Burmensis doesn't exist...

It looks like Selenobrachys philippinus in need of a molt.
But on the 11th picture it looks a bit like Chilobrachys dyscolus.
My question: is he orange or brown?

he has no marking at all on his abdomen
