Sorry i couldn't get a better picture, but this little guy is about the size of a penny.
I live in SE wisconsin, I've seen these guys a lot, so they must be common.
I did a lot of searching, but still can't find what kind of spider it is.
I believe it's Herpyllus ecclesiasticus. I've got a couple of these myself. The adult female I have just hatched out an eggsac of the tiniest spiderlings I've ever seen. This is her:
