ID on small spider

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone could give me any insight as to what type of spider this is? I took this picture in natual lighting, so it was warm with a yellow hue. I corrected the colors best as possible.

Believe that's a Pholcus sp., probably P. phalangioides, common name: Daddy Longlegs and variations.

I guess I could see the resemblence... this one could make webs though (just putting that out there).

I think you're confusing the Opiliones or Harvestmen version of Daddy Longlegs with the one in your pic. They are not spiders, but the one in your pic is a spider.

hehe, i know, i was too lazy an tired after work and school to look up the real name, but it was a start... guess i shouldn't be so lazy next time...

so, family Pholcidae, genus Pholcus. sp, well, maybe later...
