ID on a true spider?

Can anyone ID this spider for me? Thanks to Snakeguybuffalo , I found out it's a true spider, but want to get some info on it before I buy it for a whopping $5
Sorry, this is the only pic I got from the guy...all I know is it's from texas. Thanks in advance for any info you have!
