Hello could anybody id this please and tell me the proper scientific name

Looks kind of like a crab spider, but the back legs look too long... Where did you find it, and what region do you live in?

If I was to guess, I would guess it's in the genus kukulcania...
Someone correct me if I'm wrong though...

looks alot like a southern house spider I catch those often around here.. they try and imitiate widows for protection.

Yeah, it's known as the false widow.
