Ive seen the same but a molt bigger at insecthobbyist but compared to mines that was located in my 3 door garage small and what seems to be a fertile sac.

It looks like a Steatoda triangulosa, or poss' a Zygiella sp. Most likely the Steatod though.

Steatoda triangulosa would be the answer, very nice little bugger im just gonna let it go it doesnt do well on my care all it was go for was the eggsac other than that hardly any webs thx again venom
