ID help please, mantis?

Hi, This guy/gal is living in my backyard. The pics are when it was on a second floor window. I'm in Austin, Tx.

Lucky lucky lucky! You've got a Mantispidae there. In the order Neuroptera, same as lacewings and antlions and whatnot. Looks like a mantis, but not closely related.
