ID for these roaches?

Have no idea about what species but there are mites on the legs of the last 2 specimens

Hmmm... I don't see any mites (I see only one termite (?) in the third pic). You are probably talking about these special 'bulbs' on their tarsi (which is normal).

I don't know these roaches but they are fantastic... and the pics are also nice.

Got them in this kind of forest, inside rotten trees
Found 4 small scolopendras too

I got only this one with damaged tail, the others were the same specie
I dont think they get larger than that, about 3 inches

No idea what the roaches are but the pics are fantastic.
Looks like the lip behind the head may be some adaptation for scooping out the dirt while digging. Very nice.

The last roach picture, the one on the left looks like he's got a jack-o-lantern face on him.
