So I found a green ball like object under a rock outside. It's completely green all over and smooth. I found one in with my cricket one time. Is this some kind of egg? If so, any ideas as to what it could be and how to hatch it? Thanks! (btw that's a penny in the picture, for size comparison. sorry the pic is upside down)

I'd say a random green ball, I have no idea of what it could be if it's an egg

Green Ball

We live next to a creek and have a lot of salamanders and such. Our in ground pool had a crack in one of the pipes and we still need to fill it in. It could be a coincidence, but there was a good size one wrapped around a light green ball. I should have taken pictures.
