ID Check please

This little guy has been living in one of my bathrooms for a few months now. I've just left him alone and he seems to be doing well judging by the parts of dead insects around his web. Anyways, I don't know much about true spiders, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is.

probably gonna need a top view where we can see the abdomen of the spider to give you a good ID bud.

Yeah I figured as much. He's always upside down and real close to the floor, maybe I'll catch him rightside up at some point...
