Right. Did you mean is it ok in terms of it's health or in terms of the legality of keeping it?
It looks fine and I'm not sure what things are like in Germany but i won't tell anybody if you don't.
It is not illegal to feed and hunt spiders in Germany. A friend of mine said it wasn't right in terms of health

It wouldn't take much to set it up with suitable conditions. Most spiders will do very well in captivity. The right and wrong part, that's up to you.

Karen. Just look deep into the spiders eyes and ask it, "What would you like for dinner." If you see a certain gleam spring to life in those eyes do like I did with Karen. Cautiously release it back into the wild and run.
