Seeing Holley posting her new horses here is making me very very sad
. My horses used to be my life, and I've been without them for about 3 years now. So I'm posting my own pictures!
This is H.O Ride That Wave (Arab/Saddlebred gelding). One of our homebred foals, foaled in 1992. Multi champion in halter, hunter pleasure, English pleasure, Show hack, and Native Costume. "Raider" also really enjoyed jumping.
H.O Wave the Silk (Arab/Saddlebred mare). Foaled in 1993. Halter champion that we lost track of after selling her in 1995.
Mashallah Muzrif, 1993 grey Egyptian related stallion. Multi champion in halter, country english pleasure, hunter pleasure, and native costume.
Here's Snicker with our trainer's son. Ray and Snicker won the Country english pleasure championship at the Egyptian Event in 1997. Ray was 12, Snick was 4. They got a lot of compliments from their competitors that year. They seemed surprised that a 12 year old was showing a green stallion. Snick was awesome. Ray is our trainer's son, and when we got out of horses they purchased Snick for Ray.
Sabbataz JA (1999 Straight Egyptian stallion). I purchased Taz en utero based on pedigree alone, hoping for a colt. I certainly wasn't disappointed. His pedigree encompassed two of the best Egyptian breeding farms in the country. Multiple halter champion.
