i havent bought a scrop yet but i plan on it

But what i was wondering is it healthy to shine a black light over scrops i have heard diffrent things sites say that its cool and there is nothing qrong with it no harm to ur scorp and other sites say dont do this it can hurt them or whatever, what im wondering do they mean dont do it for long periods of time or dont do it period just wondering???

I use a blacklight all the time to check on scorpions or to watch them mate. It is not advisable, however, to have them under black lights for extended periods of time. Firstly, they will lose their glow. Secondly, it can apparently lead to eye damage.
