This lovely girl was a late-hatch from a breeder in St. Pete. He gave me a deal I couldn't turn down, and I am SOO happy to have her! She's only 3 weeks old, but has been eating well and has shed.

My beautiful new female pastel BP. She needs a name.

Congrats on the new addition! Are you following any themes for your other reptiles or do you just choose a name?

My other snakes are Valkyrie, Arthur, and Freya.

Yeah, I'm into Mythology, especially Norse and Celtic.

well since folk-lore has said that the Ball Python (aka ROYAL python) got its name from the egyptians becuz cleopatra used to wear one around her wrist as her most exotic piece of jewelry why not name her Cleopatra (or Cleo for short)????

Claire and Claudia are both beautiful names...but that means that if I name my snake one of those names, I can never use them on a daughter I might eventually have (COUGH yeah RIGHT! hahaha)

I'm actually considering Ingrid or Saga (which is another Norse name, meaning "the seeing one").

Katy, that's a sweet addition to your zoo. Take good care of her. You will have to take more pics when she reaches adulthood and adds some girth. VERY SWEET.

Thor! LOL everyone will think she is a boy and then you could correct them embarrassingly!

Thanks a lot for the nice comments and name suggestions, everyone. :) I'll be sure to keep you updated on her as she grows. She's soo petite now. hehe
