haha....ok well today i stopped by my local petland"best pet shop around these parts" and i was looking at some corkbark when a guy asked how i was. i told him i was just looking for cork bark for my Ts. he said "oh really, then come check this out" so i grabbed my to huge pieces of corkbark and walked to the back where he had a 4 inch P. regialis that he was dieing to try and get me to buy. the first thing i told him was 134 dollars for her as ridiculous so he persisted to show me anyway. well thats when it became bad. he open the enclosure and she jetted up to the top, i tried to push her back in but she ran out and went under the display tanks. i felt bad for the guy and tried to help him since he was kinda freak as to what kinda of T had just escaped. needless to say we didnt find the pokie. so i went to go pay for my cork bark. which the reptile guy said was 6 dollars each (these are huge slabs 12 inches long buy 6 inches wide) and i walk o the register and the girl asked "how much are these?" i told her i didnt know and she ran them up both for 4.25 usd......i was like "ooooohhhh yeahhh!" so all i can say is i feel bad that guy lost the spider, but im stoked about the awsome deal i got on my cork bark pieces! tought id share a well filled day with you guys.

ahahahahahahha........I love how your just so non-chalant about the whole situation. You didn't even offer to help the poor store clerk find the p. regalis, although he's probably not that poor if he's charging $134.00 for a four inch p.regalis. I woulndn't buy the p. regalis, but I would definitely take the the time to help find the p. regalis. It would probably only take me a few seconds to find and capture the p. regalis , literally.
So you put a pushy sales clerk in his place and saved a bunch of money on the cork bark. In my book, i'd call that a good day.

no i did help. and theres millionsof places it could have went....these are the huge wall unit display tanks. like 50 tanks to a wall....and behind them is tons and tons of wiring. i did feel bad for the guy loosing the T.(because he was just a peon employee whos job could have been jeprodized) but i loved the dumb girl at the counter her rang me up....because she didnt even ask how much the bark was...just said ok thats 4.25

and p.s. my wife told them if we did catch it, we were going to get it for 30 bucks....they all agreed...another reason i looked.
