we get humingbird hawkmoths here in Jersey (UK) - they love to feed on verbena bonariensis in my garden

We have those here too...they love the butterfly bushes that my mother planted near the house.

Yep, I've seen them here too. The first time I saw one I couldn't tell if it was a bee or a humming bird, now I know...thanks :)

My parents actually didn't believe me when i said it was a moth not a real hummingbird

Do they even move like humming birds? Do they have the precision? Awesome looking creatures, and great pics. :)
