How to tell if my widow eggs are fertile

I have a Mediterranean/European Black Widow (Latrodectus tredecimguttatus), I found her 11 months ago(May 2024), she molted 2 or 3 times. She laid her first egg sac on 5th of November, 2024 and second on 28th of January, 2025. On 28th of March, 2025 she started making the third but stopped without finishing. So she was juvenile when I got her and molted 2 or 3 times, could her eggs be fertile? How do I know if they are? Thank you.
