I'm curious as to how you guys ship your bugs across state line and how do you package them? I'm shipping some dubia roaches to someone in Ohio who really needs them. I'm basically doing her a favor.
They're not banned/restricted in Ohio. Afaik Canada and Florida are the only places in North America with restrictions on roaches. I'd just use a well-secured deli container filled with paper towels or newspaper, and overnight shipping as it's pretty warm now.
Well, technically it's illegal to ship roaches to any other state. Any insect really.
Throw them in a deli cup with some egg crate or throw them in a cloth bag with egg crate or newspaper. Then use newspaper to secure everything in the box. use a piece of potato or carrot for moisture. make sure they have air.
