How to protect jumping spider from parasites, bacteria, viruses?

It's no secret that spiders can become infected with viruses, bacteria, parasites, and more. What advice can you give me, a newbie, to protect the spider from these threats? My spider is a jumping spider.

dont usewild caught feeders if possible not sure how easy it is to buy captive bred feeders while you have all that stuff going on in your country

spot clean poop

use clean water (RO or distilled best)

remove corpses

treat wood and plants before putting it in an enclosure, and anything else really

wash your hands, wash your tools. cross contamination is real.

No, anyway there are feeders in shops.
